LEARN TO HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT MARMALADE WITH THE UK’S LEADING PRESERVES EXPERT VIVIEN LLOYD

Award winning marmalade maker Vivien Lloyd will ensure you learn everything you need to know to make the perfect marmalade and replicate it at home. Make traditional Seville Orange Marmalade, using Vivien’s award-winning recipe and the best Ava Maria Seville oranges. 
Vivien will explain the features of great marmalades and demonstrate the stages of making marmalade from juicing the fruit to potting the marmalade into jars.

Miranda will bake and let you taste some of her favourite marmalade inspired bakes and give you recipes to take home. Marmalade tasting, top marmalade tips & a jar of marmalade to take home with you!
