Miranda Gore Browne, finalist on the first series of BBC2’s The Great British Bake Off  wowed the judges with her beautifully decorated, delicious signature biscuits. Mary Berry described her as the 'iced biscuit queen'.

Miranda will be demonstrating a selection of recipes from her book, BISCUIT,  launched recently at Fortnum and Mason with great success. Miranda will be baking biscuits and small treats and showcasing icing and decorating techniques. Come and learn exclusive baking hints as well as ideas on the presentation, boxing and wrapping of a  truly personalised gift. Signed books will also be available for sale.
