Definitely Dunk - how can you not? There is skill involved in the timing so it doesn't dissolve!

Couldn't dunk in tea or coffee, but sometimes crack with hot chocolate. P.S. Amazon delivered your book today- congratulations... it's fabulous!

You should definitely dunk a biscuit with no chocolate in it... but if it is chocolate, then that is a no dunk zone...

Now that's hard because it depends on the biscuit, but by and large I'd go for dunking - at least for shop bought biscuits!
